About the Role

Hunt. Scope. Close. Own the cycle.

Hunt and close net-new enterprise clients for Reconix's penetration testing and cybersecurity consulting services. Quota-carrying individual contributor. You own the full sales cycle: prospect, qualify, scope, propose, and close. No inbound dependency.

You will sell into financial services, digital assets, fintech, and enterprise accounts. Your technical peers are CTF champions with public credentials. Your reports go to CISOs, regulators, and boards. That is your credibility, and you carry it into every room.

Responsibilities
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects in financial services, digital assets, fintech, and enterprise sectors in Thailand
Generate new business through outbound prospecting via direct outreach, referral networks, industry events, and LinkedIn
Run discovery calls and technical scoping conversations alongside technical consultants when needed
Build commercial proposals and present to client decision-makers such as CISO, CTO, and IT Director
Negotiate terms and close contracts covering day rate, scope, and payment structure
Keep CRM current every week, tracking pipeline stage, contact, and next action
Coordinate handoff to Project Management within two working days of contract signature
Identify expansion opportunities within closed accounts and re-engage on renewals before contract end
Requirements
3+ years of B2B enterprise sales experience in Thailand across technology, IT services, consulting, or SaaS
Proven track record of self-sourced pipeline and closed revenue, not only inbound processing
Able to run a discovery call and qualify a technical requirement without a technical person in the room
Comfortable discussing cybersecurity concepts at a business level; a technical background is not required
Native or fluent Thai. Strong verbal and written English for proposal writing and multinational client meetings
Owns a network in at least one of: banking, capital markets, digital assets, insurance, or large enterprise in Thailand

Self-sourced pipeline covering 1.5x your quarterly quota
CRM current every week
At least two net-new logos closed
Able to explain what we do and the value we deliver without needing a consultant in the room
